Return & Refunds

On this page you will find the terms for returning a product purchased on brunopremi.com, obtaining a refund or making a claim under the legal guarantee. The terms set out here form an integral part of the Terms and conditions of sale.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you buy as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your business, commercial, craft or professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty, pursuant to articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.

The period for exercising withdrawal is 14 days. It starts from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products. Where an order contains several products delivered separately, the period starts from delivery of the last product.

How to exercise withdrawal
Before the deadline expires you must inform us of your decision by an explicit statement. You can do so in one of the following ways:

• using the online withdrawal function described in the following paragraph
• writing to returns@brunopremi.com
• using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, which is not compulsory

To meet the deadline it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before it expires.

Online withdrawal function
Pursuant to article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code you can exercise your right of withdrawal directly online, without having to send separate communications, using the dedicated withdrawal function available on the website. The function is located in the footer of the website, under the section dedicated to withdrawal, it is clearly visible, easily accessible and available throughout the withdrawal period.

Through the function you are asked to provide or confirm the information needed to identify you and the contract from which you intend to withdraw, along with the electronic address at which you wish to receive confirmation. Once you have confirmed submission you receive without delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, containing the content of the statement and the date and time of submission. The date on which the statement is sent is the date that counts.

Returning the products
After notifying your withdrawal you must return the products within fourteen days.
The address to which the products must be sent is communicated to you together with the return authorisation, following your request to returns@brunopremi.com.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

For your convenience we provide a prepaid shipping label. This is an optional service: if you use it, we deduct a flat amount of 10 euro from the refund for returns from Italy and 15 euro for returns from the other countries we serve. If you prefer not to use it, you can send the products back with a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, letting us know before you ship: in that case we deduct nothing and the shipment travels at your risk.

Condition of returned products
Products must be returned intact, not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, complete with every element and accessory, with tags attached and in their original packaging, as far as possible.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the diminished value, giving you reasoned notice.

Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days of the day on which we were informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you.

If you chose a type of delivery other than the standard one and more expensive, we refund the amount corresponding to standard delivery.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, including goods made to measure or clearly personalised and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery.

EXCHANGES

We do not handle direct exchanges. To obtain a different product you can exercise your right of withdrawal for the product you received and place a new order.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, which applies to consumers and is separate from and independent of the right of withdrawal.

We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the product. The right of action is time barred twenty six months after delivery. There is no obligation to report the defect within a short deadline.

Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at that date.

In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If restoring conformity is impossible, disproportionate, not carried out within a reasonable time, or if the defect reappears, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to termination of the contract.

To make a claim under the guarantee, write to support@brunopremi.com quoting your order number and attaching photographs of the defect. The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the care instructions.

No commercial guarantee is offered in addition to the legal guarantee.

This document is drawn up in Italian. In the event of any discrepancy between the Italian version and versions in other languages, the Italian version prevails.
