Reference standards
We take as our reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, level AA, referred to in the European standard EN 301 549 and in Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, as well as the Guidelines on the accessibility of services adopted by the Agency for Digital Italy in implementation of article 21 of that decree.
Status of the website
The website is updated frequently and its content changes over time. There may therefore be elements that do not fully meet the requirements of the reference standards. Accessibility is a goal we pursue progressively: we act on the issues reported to us or that we identify ourselves, and we update this page as we make improvements.
Components provided by third parties
Some parts of the service are provided by third parties and cannot be modified directly by us. This category includes the e-commerce platform and its payment services, the cookie consent management panel, the online withdrawal form and the tools for subscribing to marketing communications. For these components we refer to the accessibility documentation published by the respective providers and we review their status with them periodically.
