Returns Policy

Our return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@brunopremi.com indicating:

  • your order number (starting with #BP)

  • the email used during purchase

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for the return and any notes

Within 2 business days, you will receive our reply with return authorization and all necessary instructions for collection, including a pre-paid return label to print or a code to write on the package. Any agreement regarding collection can be arranged directly with the courier by replying to the email received.

Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them.

RETURN COSTS

The costs of returning the product in case of exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the Customer and amount to a flat rate (VAT included) equal to:

  • €10.00 for returns from Italy

  • €15.00 for returns from served EU countries (Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal)

This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund due. The service includes the provision of the pre-paid return label, the collection of the goods by the courier, and the handling of the return at the warehouse.

Original shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at returns@brunopremi.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of a defective or non-compliant product, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code), return costs are entirely at our expense, and no flat rate will be applied.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Worn or used items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

EXCHANGES (SIZE OR COLOR CHANGE)

If you wish to change the size and/or color of the item you purchased, you can request it by writing to returns@brunopremi.com, specifying which item, color, and size you want to exchange your order for.

Exchanges also incur the flat rate cost (€10.00 for Italy, €15.00 for served EU countries), which covers the collection of the product to be exchanged and the new shipment. Exchanges can only be made once per order.

If, after the exchange, you decide to return the goods definitively, you will need to send a new return request, and the flat rate cost will be applied again and deducted from the refund.

SERVED COUNTRIES

We ship and accept returns exclusively from: Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain (excluding the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and Portugal.

REFUNDS

We will notify you by email once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 14 business days using your original payment method, net of the flat return cost (€10.00 for Italy, €15.00 for served EU countries).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at returns@brunopremi.com.

In the event that the goods received do not comply with the return conditions (e.g., product worn, damaged, without tags or original packaging), the return may not be accepted or may be partially refunded.
