Orders
How can I place an order on the Bruno Premi website?
Placing an order is simple: choose your preferred model, select the size and color, and add it to your cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on the cart, check the products, and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and shipping information, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details within 24 hours.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been placed?
Once confirmed, your order is processed quickly to ensure short delivery times. If you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brunopremi.com and we will do our best to intervene before shipment. After shipment, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal according to our return policy.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No, you can also purchase as a guest by entering only the data necessary for invoicing and shipping. During checkout, you can still choose to register so you don't have to re-enter your details for future purchases and can more easily manage orders and returns.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards from international circuits such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed through secure and certified channels.
Is payment on the website secure?
Yes. Our website uses secure SSL encrypted connections and relies on certified payment gateways like PayPal, which adopts advanced security protocols. Your card data is transmitted in encrypted form and is never stored on our servers.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently, we accept one-time payments via credit card or PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain (excluding the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal. We do not ship to countries other than those listed. For details on shipping times and costs, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What are the delivery times?
Orders received by 11:30 AM on business days are processed on the same day. Courier delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy and 48/72 hours for served EU countries, excluding remote or disadvantaged areas. Terms begin from payment confirmation and may vary in case of force majeure or holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs (VAT included) are as follows:
- Italy: €10.00
- Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal: €15.00
Free shipping for all orders of €250 or more to all served destinations. Exact costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have an account, you can also check the order status from your personal area.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you are not home, they will leave a delivery attempt notice with useful contact information to arrange a new delivery date. After two delivery attempts, the package will be held at the courier's depot for 10 days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
Returns and refunds
How does the return policy work?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Products must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in their original, undamaged packaging. To start the process, send an email to returns@brunopremi.com stating your order number (which starts with #BP) and the email address used for the purchase. Within 2 business days, you will receive our authorization and courier instructions for collection, including the prepaid return label.
How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to communicate your intention to return the item by writing to returns@brunopremi.com. Once authorized, you must hand over the product to the courier within the subsequent 14 days.
Is returns free?
The return cost is a flat fee (VAT included) of €10.00 for returns from Italy and €15.00 for returns from served EU countries. The amount is automatically deducted from the refund and covers the collection of the goods and the handling of the return at the warehouse. In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, protected by the legal guarantee of conformity, the return is completely free of charge, and the return shipping costs are entirely borne by us.
When do I receive my refund after making a return?
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be credited within 14 working days to the same payment method used for the purchase, minus a flat return fee. Actual crediting times may vary depending on your bank or payment circuit.

How do I choose the right size?
On our website, you'll find a size chart with international size conversions, information on the fit of each model, and advice on how tight or loose the garments are designed to be. If you still have doubts, write to us at support@brunopremi.com: our team personally tries on every model and can give you tailored advice.
What materials are Bruno Premi shoes made from?
Our shoes are made from selected leathers and quality materials, chosen to ensure comfort, durability, and aesthetic appeal. All details on the specific materials for each model are provided on the respective product page.
How do I care for my shoes?
To keep your shoes in excellent condition, store them in their original dust bag, away from sources of heat and humidity. For leather models, use specific products for cleaning and nourishing the leather and avoid prolonged exposure to rain and direct sunlight.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Please inspect the order upon receipt. In case of obvious damage to the packaging, write "Subject to checking" on the courier's delivery note, specifying the damage found. Then contact us within 7 days at support@brunopremi.com attaching photos of the defect and the order number: we will evaluate the case and offer you the best solution among replacement, repair or refund.
